Stephen Gammond
Stephen Gammond is a Director and producer of factual programmes. He founded Stephen Gammond Associates in 1988, and co-founded Green Umbrella in 1991.Stephen specialises in Arts, Music and Sports programming and includes documentaries on John Betjeman, William Wordsworth, Thomas Hardy, the English Music Hall, and most recently a three hour documentary on the life of Woody Guthrie, the American folksinger. Sports programming includes biographies of great rugby players such as Gareth Edwards and Jonathan Davies, as well as the official histories of both English and Welsh Rugby, and Golf.
Other programming includes documentaries on subjects as diverse as Military Tattoos and the Eclipse, as well as programmes aimed at the children’s market. Stephen has won awards for his work in both the UK and the USA.
